1. The tree, pot+contents and saucer all remain property of Eco Christmas Trees throughout the the entire rental.

2. Dates for delivery and collection are preferred dates but drops will be combined to reduce emissions.

3. Collection customers are responsible for collecting and returning the tree, deposit only returned when a healthy tree is received. Customers are responsible for lifting and transporting the trees. Pots and trees require minimum of 2 people to lift. Only fit and able people should attempt at their own risk.

4. When delivering we may leave your tree in a safe place you tell us, it is then your responsibility to move it to its final location. 

5. Before returning or collection all decorations must be removed. No sprays or chemicals to be used on the tree.

6. The hirer must follow the care instructions, we reserve the right to hold on to the deposit if we get damaged or dry trees back.

7. Trees can not be refunded or returned, except in accordance with your legal rights. 

8. Deposits are non refundable for cancelling rentals and only refundable after rentals end and trees are returned healthy.

9. Trees are living plants and may not be perfectly shaped. Although all are premium quality they can not be returned or refunded if you do not like the shape.

10. Trees should not be overloaded with decorations in a way which could see them tip over. They should be kept away from anything that could affect their stability.

11. When in your home they are the hirers responsibility and we can not accept liability for any damage caused.
