Your tree will be tagged your name on, its your responsibility to move it to your car and have a suitable vehicle to transport it in.

Eco Christmas Trees cannot accept liability for damage to car or damage to your tree in transit.

Only attempt to move your tree if you are physically able to and minimum 2 people are required to move a tree. Trees are heavy.

Delivery

After delivery is confirmed, the hirer is responsible to be at home during the delivery window or to let us know a safe place to drop the tree. If we aren’t able to deliver at the agreed time no 2nddelivery can be offered.

Doorstep delivery only.

During rental

Whilst the tree is in the possession of the hirer during the rental period you are responsible for the safety of the tree and those around it.
