FAQs

Mini Christmas trees covered in snow

What is the benefit of a pot grown tree?

There is no waste, the tree can live, absorb CO2 and release oxygen as well as serving as a beautiful Christmas tree. We don't believe we should cut down trees and send them to landfill all for a few weeks in our homes over Christmas.

How do you measure the trees?

We measure from the bottom of the pot, the floor, to the top of the tree. Our trees are from your size bracket and up so if you need a tree very close to your chosen size let us know incase we send a taller one.

Is a living tree suitable for me?

It will need watered daily and cant be near a radiator or on a warm underfloor heated area. If you cant provide this then a potted tree isn't the perfect choice for you and your home.

What if I don't like the tree?

We endeavour to give you a tree to be proud of, if it doesn't meet your expectations please get in touch straight away. If you have any specific requirement for your tree we welcome you to come down to see the trees for yourself.

What type of trees do you have?

Currently all of our trees are Norway Spruce, thats because they are the best suited to be grown in pots. They are happy up to around 7ft in their pots, after this they are planted in the ground.

How does the 'One for One' pledge work?

We will simply plant a new tree for every tree that is rented, each time it is rented, we will plant as many of these as we can on our farm, variety of trees planted will vary. We plant some in the ground and some into pots so we can donate to projects and groups in our community.

Do you supply to businesses?

Yes we certainly do, we can arrange trees to suit your space and the time frame you need. It can be collected or returned before your Christmas break for example.

Our family loved the tree and kids named it, can we have it next year?

No problem at all, it is great to see the tree grow each year. We will tag the tree as yours and it can return to your home every Christmas until retirement. We can even provide an update on the tree during the year.

When can we have the tree and when will it return to you?

Trees can be collected or delivered from the end of November up until Christmas. However, they should stay outside until around the 7th of Dec and only spend between 3 and 4 weeks inside.
